COACH NICOLE'S WALL BALL WORK OUT - PHASE 1

1.1 - 50 right; 50 left; 25 alternating hands
1.2 - 
40 right; 40 left; 25 alternating hands
1.3 - 
30 right; 30 left; 25 alternating hands
1.4 - 
20 right; 20 left; 25 alternating hands
1.5 - 
10 right; 10 left; 25 alternating hands

That makes 425 reps in 20 minutes.  If you can demonstrate to one of the coaches that you can do this in 20 minutes, you get a prize and can move on to Phase 2.
