COACH NICOLE'S WALL BALL WORK OUT - PHASE 2

25 right
25 left
25 one handed right
25 one handed left
25 alternating hands
25 Canadian right
25 Canadian left
25 normal non-dominate hand (left for most people)

= 200 reps  x 3 rounds = 600 reps in 20 minutes

Complete 3 rounds as fast as possible. Try and work your way down to 3 rounds in under 20 minutes.
